For years I have worn LEE but after today we will part ways.On 12-07-22 I ordered two pair of jeans using all the discount and free shipping if ordered before the next day.They billed my card the next day.(problem #1).I received the product didn’t like them and returned the next day, FedEx shows Lee received on 12-17-22 Lee sent a email on 1-12-23 saying they just received and are going to credit my card but they don’t want to do the correct amount,
(Problem #2) they claim they don’t refund shipping but there wasn’t supposed to be any,I had ordered in time.when I called they didn’t really care so I told them if this is how they want to treat a 25 year + customer then I don’t want nothing else to do with them. I know it’s less than $10 but it’s the fact they would rather loose a longtime customer than make it right
RESTOCKING FEE - NO NOTICE
They charge a restocking fee for exchanges. There is no exchange in their system. You return - one case - and then order in the same phone call - another case. Also you may get a confirmation from the website that your order has been received, and then a couple hours later email that the order has been cancelled. Also if you want jeans that do not look faded or worn this is not the site for you. Also the partial refund came 21 days after Lee received according to tracking numbers. Called multiple times to get the partial refund.

When placed order ordered wrong size tried to change doesn't let you then call and they state order has processed and you can't change order hasn't shipped tryed to cancel stated they have to ship and then you have to ship back this is not right!

I ordered the Relaxed Fit Fleece Lined Jeans in black, and when I first put them on thought, how soft and comfortable! But just bending over slightly they fall off my backside. And sitting down, forget it, they are halfway down my behind. I have some Lee jean shorts in the same size that don't do that at all. I normally wear a 12, but the size chart put my waist as the top end of a 14, so I ordered that. I am disappointed that I have to pay shipping to return them when the cut does not seem to be for women. It is really weirdly off. Not a size issue, but a structure issue. Also ordered the Sherpa Lined Long Rider Jacket. Normally a large is what I take in Women's, but this seems like an XL or XXL. But the sleeves are short for XL. I really wouldn't know what size would fit. Quality of materials in both items is good, but cut / sizing cannot be trusted. Regretfully need to return both.

Horrible Customer Service
I placed a order with Lee on 5:20 PST pm on a Thursday. Immediately, I realized that I had made a mistake. I called immediately, but their customer service was closed for the day. So I woke up early (I'm on the West Coast) and called right away, very early in the morning. A service agent said that, because I failed to call back within a two-hour window, I could not change the order and be issued an exchange or a refund. She also told me there was no supervisor who could help me. Dealing with this agent was like deal with an automated non-person. She couldn't even acknowledge my frustration. This company is not customer oriented and I will never, ever deal with them again.

Worst Experience with Lee Online Store
I had recently ordered a Lee Jeans with size 32. It took more than a couple of weeks to get the item delivered and there was no communication in between regarding the delivery confirmation. Finally, I was happy to receive my order and to my surprise when I opened the parcel, have noticed that it's not the Lee brand and instead they had sent some other brand with a size of 34 and a Regular fit Black colored jeans, whilst I've ordered a Slim fit Dark Stone color. I thought they're such a reputed company and definitely keeps their brand value by providing a better service, but it's all expectations but in reality Lee provides one of the worst service. So, everyone please be cautious while making any orders with Lee.

I bought a pair of pants that did not fit. I returned them on December 29th per their instructions. It is now January 22 and I still have not received a refund. I called customer service and received no help. I will never shop here again.

WARNING!!!!
WARNING!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I order two pairs of slacks and one pair of jeans in order to get free shipping. The next morning, the two pairs of pants were cancelled because they did not have them in stock. Several days later, the items they DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK are still showing up as available on their site!!! I requested to cancel the WHOLE order and refund my account. I was told there was a 2 hr window to cancel orders. It took them 5 minutes to take the money out of my account! Catching hell with this company. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! Spoke with a rep this morning and was told the order was "being prepared" to be shipped! If the order has not been shipped yet, there should not be a problem with cancelling the order??? I am now on the phone with my credit card company trying to cancel the transaction. Even if I have to pay for STOP PAYMENT, I will!!!

Lee.com Horrible Return policy
Horrible customer service.
Lees sent me a sweatshirt instead of 2 pairs of jeans. After an hour on the phone, all they could do is refund me my money after I print out the fed ex label they emailed me and return the item they sent me by mistake because, they are unable to send me the jeans I ordered because they don’t have any in their “free stock”. The only way they can guarantee before Christmas delivery is for me to re-purchase them and they can give me free shipping, yes… they are in stock for purchasing but not in stock to send me what I’ve already purchased. Oh, but they did offer free shipping, shame on you Lee.com.

I have to give Lee 5 stars!
I have to give Lee 5 stars for their fabulous Flex Motion jeans! They're so comfortable I can't believe it! I just ordered 2 more pairs. Better than leggings for me, anyway. So stretchy and comfortable I can do anything in them and yet because they're more substantial they hold in the flabby stuff that needs control. Some of you know what I mean! The size 10 short fit me perfectly. If I had one suggestion it would be to make jeans like these that go to the waist, not below. This way everything gets tucked in!
I've never had to deal with customer service so no comments there. Ordering online is a breeze.
Please Lee gods: don't change these jeans except to make them high rise!
